We move at your pace — you are the expert on you, and I serve as a guide and facilitator — while recognizing that deeper healing often involves working beyond words alone.

Therapy helps us reconnect with emotions we’ve learned to push down in order to stay connected and safe in our relationships. Over time, these buried experiences live in the body and continue to shape how we see ourselves and the world — and by gently reconnecting with them, we create space for greater authenticity, clarity, and healing.

IFS is based on the idea that we all have different “parts” of ourselves — for example, parts that protect, parts that feel hurt, and parts that help us cope. This approach helps you understand these inner experiences with curiosity and compassion, allowing healing to occur and creating more clarity, confidence, and self-leadership.
