a little about josh

I work with men struggling in their relationships; I have experience working with men struggling with compulsive sexual behavior and emotional intimacy issues. I am also privileged to work with people recovering from childhood abuse and trauma by helping them process and heal from the violence they've experienced.

I work from a psychodynamic perspective and utilize action oriented interventions along with an attachment perspective. Attachment theory is the study of how we bond and recognize that people are meant to be in relationship. I previously worked as a hospice chaplain and grief counselor, as well as an adjunct profession of Human Growth and Development Through the Lifespan.
